Thursday: Recipe/ homemade pizza dough

In this recipe, we are going to be making homemade pizza dough! This is from the Magnolia Journal magazine ( I will share the link to the magazine below).  Lets get started

Notes Before:

  • prep: 20 min
  • rise: 45 min
  • bake: 14 min

  • olive oil or nonstick cooking spray
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 pkg. active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 cup warm water (105 degrees F to 115 degrees F)

  1. Coat a bowl with oil. In a food processor combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. With the processor running, add the warm water and 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Process until dough forms. Remove and shape into a ball. Place dough in the bowl, turning to coat. Cover with plastic wrap. Let stand in warm place until double in size (45 to 60 min)
  2. Preheat oven to 450 deegrees F. Lightly grease baking sheets; sprinkle with cornmeal. Divide dough into six equal portions. On a lightly floured surface roll each portion into a 7-inch circle. Transfer to baking sheets. Top as desired. Bake 14 mi to 16 min or until crust is golden. Makes 6 pizzas

Heres the link to the Magnolia Journal magazine. I also ran across another pizza recipe by Joanna Gaines, it is more of a margarita pizza, but the link will be below also. image04-6-768x513-1-e1458662323324 (1).jpg Have a good day/evening and keep on walking with the Lord 🙂
